After being away since November to navigate two family bereavements, I am returning this March to offer direct support through hypnotherapy, talk therapy, and coaching as we mark World Bipolar Day on the 30th.

This month's post encourages readers to prioritise mental well-being as autumn begins. It highlights the significance of World Mental Health Day (October 10th) and National Mental Illness Awareness Week (October 12th-20th) as opportunities to reduce stigma and check in with oneself. The post also promotes the three mental health services offered by me: Talk Therapy, Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy.

September, a month of transition. A perfect time to turn our attention to our emotional wellbeing.

This month’s blog highlights Alcohol Awareness Week (7th-13th July) as a chance to reflect on drinking habits and seek support through talk therapy or life coaching if needed. It then emphasizes International Self-Care Day (24th July), encouraging readers to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical health.

June is a time for reflection and reconnection. With Men’s Health Week (10–16 June) and Father’s Day (15 June), it’s the perfect moment to open up conversations around mental health—especially for men—and to acknowledge the complex emotions that can surface around fatherhood. Whether you’re thriving or finding things tough, this season offers a chance to check in with yourself and seek support if needed. You’re not alone, and help is here when you’re ready.

As we step into May, we are reminded of the profound importance of mental health, the strength found in community, and the solemn gratitude we owe to those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. This month offers an opportunity to reflect, connect, and honour.

April is Stress Awareness Month in the UK, and the 2025 theme is "Lead With Love"—an invitation to approach ourselves and others with kindness and compassion. The post highlights the impact of stress on mental health and the importance of fostering supportive environments through self-compassion, active listening, and open conversations.
