10th September: World Suicide Prevention Day
This is an incredibly important day dedicated to raising awareness and promoting action to prevent suicide. The theme for this year, "Changing the Narrative on Suicide," focuses on the power of open conversation and proactive support. It’s a call to action for everyone to learn how to recognise the signs of someone in distress and to know how to offer help.

While not a mental health condition in the same way, Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia have a profound impact on mental and emotional wellbeing, both for those living with the condition and their loved ones. On World Alzheimer's Day, we can recognise the importance of cognitive and emotional support.
Hypnotherapy can be a valuable tool in helping individuals with early-stage cognitive decline to manage anxiety and improve their quality of life. For family members and caregivers, it can offer a way to cope with stress, grief, and the emotional toll of caring for someone with dementia.
