
I’ve been away from this page since November 2025. December and January were very difficult months for me personally due to two deaths in my family, and I needed to step back a little to focus on those practical and emotional realities. Dealing with loss takes time, and I’ve been navigating that process.
Now that we are in March, I am returning to my practice. This time of year is a significant one for mental health awareness. With World Bipolar Day coming up on March 30th, it’s a good reminder of how complex our mental health can be and why having the right support matters.
