Moving Forward: A Spring Update

Moving Forward: A Spring Update

I’ve been away from this page since November 2025. December and January were very difficult months for me personally due to two deaths in my family, and I needed to step back a little to focus on those practical and emotional realities. Dealing with loss takes time, and I’ve been navigating that process.

Now that we are in March, I am returning to my practice. This time of year is a significant one for mental health awareness. With World Bipolar Day coming up on March 30th, it’s a good reminder of how complex our mental health can be and why having the right support matters.

Whether you are managing a specific diagnosis or just trying to get your life back on track after a tough period, there are different ways to approach your well-being:

  • Talk Therapy: This is about being direct. We look at the facts of your situation and talk through the things that are keeping you stuck.
  • Hypnotherapy: This works with the subconscious to help change habits or reduce the physical stress that often comes with grief or anxiety.
  • Life Coaching: This is practical. We identify where you are now and map out the logical steps to get you where you want to go.

Grief and recovery don't always follow a neat timeline, but as the days get longer, it’s a practical time to start looking at new goals or addressing old patterns. I am back and ready to support you with those steps.
